Pauline Ugle

I am very grateful for this opportunity to nominate to become a Member of the First Peoples Assembly of Victoria. My clan is Dja Dja Wurrung from central Victoria and Latje Latje North West Victoria where I live. Living and working in community, in remote regional and rural towns we face a lot a lot challenges that city folk and people closer to larger towns just do not understand. My aspirations for Treaty is that Elders, Families, children and rural voices are heard and represented. My goal is better regional communities where real opportunities make their way to our people in our part of North West Victoria. Healthy People make Healthy Communities, here we rely on each other and our little ones here are our future leaders. I will make sure I listen to you, the people I represent, if you trust me to hold your voice and aspirations for Treaty.
